Hello! We are the owners of WSS. Our journey began almost a decade ago when we partnered to open a coffee shop in a small town in the Panhandle of Nebraska. It was quite an education to serve coffee to rural farmers. That was before the pandemic when a business owner could rely on earned media from word of mouth to remind customers of our specialties when they were thirsty for coffee. This is true in both rural and metropolitan regions.

Nowadays, if someone wants a special drink, they pull out their phones and ask Google first. Then, they will read the reviews on their services to determine where they will take their business. There might be a coffee shop just a mile away from their home. Chances are that they drive right past the coffee shop down the road unaware of their quality cup of joe because they rely on search engines or social media platforms to help them choose where they go exactly when they intend to purchase their coffee.

If you were thirsty for a special coffee drink, how happy would you be to locate a shop close to your home that is right on the route you take to work every morning, is open early in time for your daily commute, plus they have excellent coffee with kind caring baristas. Wouldn't you want to know about this coffee shop? How would you find out about it?
